Fee/commission for selling a house via REN

As i can read from propertyguru, it said that REN can earn commission of 3% from the selling price of a house from the seller.

I contacted a REN and i was told that they charge of 2% commission from selling price. As a seller, I have to pay 8% of SST from the selling price.

Is it some standard in the industry?

What are the charges that was not mentioned to me?

Need help for Microsoft Words

Hi.

In my case, I got a Words template from the university to write a report.
The report came with a very specific function. Not sure how to call it.
In this template, Front few pages are for "Table of Content" and the remaining pages for the content.
If i "right click" the number, it will appear a function "Update Field".

So, I have to create some Tables with specific numbers.
Now, How to link the title of the Tables so that it can appear automatically at "Table of Content" after i click "Update Field"?

How to create a temporary email server?

Now, I lost my gmail password. I can't remember the password.
So, i tried to recover my password through "forgot my password".
And, one of the options is to type a recovery email.
Oh DAMN! Instead of xxx@HOTMAIL.COM, I tertype xxx@HOTMAILL.COM!!!
I didn't sync the account with any phone. I barely remember the answer for security questions.
Also, I had using Chromepass to retrieve password thinking that I do save password in Chrome.
Unfortunately, I was wrong. In fact, I didn't save the password in Chrome.

I was thinking to hosting an email server (which is HOTMAILL.COM) temporarily in order to recover my email.

Is it possible?

Or there is other way to recover the password.

Sony Xperia Z2 - Faulty Signal Antenna

Hi.
I have 1 Sony Xperia Z2 which I bought it few years ago.
Recently, The phone always show poor signal or even no service in some places especially at indoor.
There was once I compare my phone with an iPhone 7 with same telco and place.
Unfortunately, my phone shows no service while the iPhone shows 3 bars signal with 3G.
I went to Sony service centre in Plaza Berjaya to find out the price for a replacement.
To my surprise, they suggest to change the whole motherboard with signal antenna and the price is about 1K.

Anyone knows where i can send for replacement just for that signal antenna or with cheaper motherboard?

Today i had the worst experience i ever had with Maxis. The signal was really poor. It was showing "searching..." Or "no service". In fact, the problem still exist this hour.
