Hi all,

I have a car which is paid already in 5 years. Currently I'm a bit urgent in need of money to use for some reasons like buying house, marriage and furniture.

Can I ask the bank to re-finance my car to another 5 years according to the car market value?

or should I just apply for personal loan instead.

Which one is more appropriate and also what is the interest rate of both?

Need advice and which bank is the best so far to do so?

Hi Guys and Girls,

Planning to buy a new car. Now it's like end of the year of 2009. I'm thinking to get a car now due to the discount that they gives at end of the years.

My plan is to go for a full loan if possible.

Also I'm interested in silent engine car, luxury a little, fun to drive, fuel economy, and sexy look car without breaking my wallet. Budget is about 900/month for 9 years. Can you guys tell which car is more worth to buy?

New Vios/City, used BMW318i, used Volvo S40/S60

Hi guys and girls,

If you guys have rm80k budget for a car, and lets say wannt do installment over 7 years. monthly payment is around 1k.

I have looked in few options which is a new vios/city, used BMW 318i 4th gen E46, used volvo s40/60 2nd gen, or honda accord 2.0 year 04.

If i choose new car, then i will have the warranty and peace of mind but in the bad side, this car is freaking small for a fresh grad ok la. since i'm 29 years old already, ehem i'm thinking of getting a 2.0 car.

If i get one BMW 318i year 03 is around 85k at the moment, but this car looks sexy and gaya, same to volvo year 04 s60/s40 will be around 70k which is also very sporty look. Good thing about volvo is thier model don't change drastically like japan cars, look at the s40 2nd gen already been in the market since few years ago and now they facelift it that one can't even notice it's before or after changes.
If i get honda accord year 04, then this is a common car where when you drive along the road, people will say 'ceh, this accord is old model one' zzzz. and nobody is proud of it cause of too common. but in return the spare parts should be cheaper among the 2 above i guess and easier to get.

So guys please give some of your oppinions which is more wise to go after. =)

Looking for IDD Callshop AGENT/RESELLER

Hi, I'm the distributer for callshop system solution.
Currently my company is looking for individual who is interested in looking for extra money or want to earn more money consistantly as our company agent.

You might be wondering what is this about.
There are many callshop operator in Klang Valley and all over malaysia operated by foreign citizens. This people will provide a few phones in thier shop for foreign workers or students that come to malaysia to work or study to call back thier hometown friends and family. example, bangladesh, india, pakistan, nepal, uae and etc.
Why go callshop instead of using digi IDD and calling card like italk? The answer is simple because it's way much cheaper than what the local telcos are offering. And these targeted people are people who are poor and will do whatever that can save because they come here to work to earn money or they are students where thier pocket money is limited.

So I'm calling anyone who is interested to
1.) find current operating callshops client and present them with our simple to use system as well as our already lowered idd rate to compete with thier current idd provider. If they already have the system? no problem, we will use thier current hardware and switch to our network anytime.
2.) find new callshop operator as new client (example a sundry shop in a town will like to setup 2 idd phones to earn extra income by providing this service to thier walk in customer)

If any of the above 2 matter is accomplished which means you already make them your client. Upon thier 1st top up credit for the idd service, you will recieve additional 5% which will become a total of 10% of commision.
If your client after finishing thier 1st top up credit, and want to do more top up cause they think that our service is good, because he is your client, you will recieve 5% commision each time from thier total amount of top up.

Example,
you found new calshop client, = 10% from the 1st top up.
following top up from your client = 5%

So imagine if a callshop have top up rm2k every month from you. you already earn rm100 from this particular shop alone. If you have 10 clients in your hand with average of rm2k top up each client you will earn rm1k everymonth. This is about building customer base and the income will become an recurring income easily.

Any question may drop a pm and we can discuss this furthur to those who is interested.

Business Funding Oppinions

Hi all lowyaters,

I just need some oppinions here about how to get funding about rm500k to rm1 million in malaysia to start up a 100% secured business.

Recently I have just negotiated a contract back from a fastest growing company in the world as thier exclusive reseller agent in southeast asia. The total cost to proceed with doing this business I around 500k rm estimated. These consisted of business setup cost, man power for a year cost, and lastly advertisment cost.

Upon this contract, they will reward 25% of the total sales as my resseller margin.

Basically this business will bring a new way to our daily mobile communication needs. And this is something what our traditional telcos are afraid of which will being impact to thier current luxury profit revenue.

Hope that I will have some ideas here how to generate funds to start this business that will bring more benefits to everybody in the world especially malaysians and kill the monopolism of many countries' telco.
