My wife got scammed for online investment

My wife was scammed yesterday by a fraudster for investment scheme, i know is like padan muka for being so naive and greedy but hey she is my wife and pity enough to lost all the savings.

I had lodge a police report and also email my case to the fraudster account holding bank. I know the chances to claim back the money was near to zero but is there any other necessary action should i take ?

Note: The fraudster still doesnt know that i had lodged a police report against him.
