I will say, there is some sensitivity (mainly on my gums) when the gel is on my teeth, but it goes away when I rinse. I have had absolutely no bad side effects, and this is coming from someone with very sensitive teeth. So, if you are at a last resort like I was, give this a try! It's really inexpensive, so there isn't anything to lose.

1. Father Kneipp's Original Recipe

Mix equal parts of Aztec Secret Indian Healing Clay with apple cider vinegar (raw, organic is best) in a bowl. You should use glass, plastic or wooden bowls and spoons - no metal! Apply to face and/or body and allow to dry up to 45 minutes. Rinse well with warm water only.

2. Antioxidant Mask

Mix equal parts of Aztec Secret Indian Healing Clay with brewed GREEN TEA and 500 mg. of Vitamin C with bioflavonoids (open up a capsule). Apply to skin, allow to dry and rinse. *Green Tea is currently being studied for its antioxidant, antibacterial, and cancer killing properties.

3. Foot Facial

Mix equal parts of Aztec Secret Indian Healing Clay with brewed Pau d'Arco Tea and 5 drops of Tea Tree Oil. Apply to feet, especially in between the toes, let dry 30 minutes and rinse well in warm water.

11. Problem Skin Mask

Mix equal parts of Aztec Secret Indian Healing Clay with apple cider vinegar and 5 drops of tea tree Oil. Apply to skin and allow to dry 20 to 30 minutes. Rinse well with warm water and apply Tea Trce Oil directly to blemish.

12. Body Pack

Mix one pound Aztec Secret Indian Healing Clay with one pint of apple cider vinegar add water to thin. Apply a thin coat of the mixture to the bodv and allow to dry 15-20 minutes. Rinse well in the shower. One pound will do 2 people--HAVE FUN!

14. Insect Bites & Bee Stings

DDR PC2100 KVR266 compatibality

Hi all. I need your advice regarding ram compatibility.

Is DDR PC2100 KVR266 compatible with nVidia nForce2 IGP (3 DIMM Slots) chipset?

My computer is using the nVidia nForce2 IGP (3 DIMM Slots) chipset.
According to the system scan from crucial.com, each memory slot can hold DDR PC2700,
DDR PC3200 with a maximum of 1GB per slot.
My brother have an extra ram which is Samsung DDR PC2100 KVR266.
Can i use that ram to increase my computer's memory?

somebody pls pls pls pls help me!!
my collections of movies had been corrupted by i don't what, or how..
all i know now all my videos can't be opened.
only files with .avi and .mpg extension were infected.
plus, the size of the files turned from for example, 700mb to only 67kb. all of them!
is this some sort of virus infection? i've tried searching for solutions over the internet, but to no avail
pls somebody...

7200rpm vs 5400rpm hard disk

hi! i'd like to know, is it true that 2.5" sata 7200rpm external hard disk's transfer rate will be quite the same as 5400rpm hard disk's, if i use normal hard disk casing? because the data transfer of the casing itself can support up to 480Mbps only.. should i just buy a 5400rpm hard instead? thank you in advance!

btw, i intend to use the external hard disk to store my movie/tv series collection..
so does the read/write speed matter?
