joined company in feb as mid level rank

2 months later, company reshuffle, he got senior rank.

under the old CEO we use flat hierachy, means no such thing as junior, senior, staff , principle. all same rank

so all of us title is what we do. like janitor = janitor not senior janitor

but this new ceo come in and start bringing back ranks

so new joiner got title like senior xxx but in reality they are under me even tho they got senior rank.

makes it feel so strange why senior rank has to take orders from me who has no rank.
