And i stop taking White type of coral weed.

White type of coral weed are easy to prepare. Most of them are yellow and soak in water for 8 to 24hours(Depend of how dried up your Coral Seaweed, remember the longer you keep the dried up coral weed it become more dried up. the more hour you need to soak in water).
During the soaking you will need to change new fresh water 2 to 3 times because dried form coral weed absorb water and repel out the so call "Collegen" . The water will soon becomes slimy. The Colour of Coralweed now change from Yellow Gold to Pink White. You can see "Squid" or Sotong like texture. White colour Seaweed are easy to breakup the more you soak it will be more easy to disintegrate.

Purple Brown or Green Violet Coral seaweed preparation are the same as above. The texture of the weed are not easy to disintegrate. I use food processor to blend it into paste and store in tupperware chill it in Refrigerator.

How you consume??
