Drivers of 3 tonnes truck and medium sized van to transport vehicle spare parts
Tasks include –
a. harnessing spare parts to vehicles;
b. loading or unloading goods;
c. driving goods in the desired direction with due regard to other traffic and traffic regulations;
d. collecting fares or charges;
e. maintaining vehicle, making minor repairs and installing replacement parts;

Requirements:
Excellent hands-on skills with eye for details
Ability to work independently.
Positive attitude and responsible character.
Pleasant personality with focus on excellence in customer service.
Prior working experience will be an added advantage.
Self-starter with good communication and interpersonal skill.
Possess self-confidence and be able to actively interact with all relevant parties.

Svhost.exe occupy 99% cpu usage

My computer is sharing the internet connection to another computer using direct connection (lan cable). Whenever another computer or my computer open P2P client programe (eg: bitlord or emule), my PC svchost.exe will consume 99% of CPU and remain there for 10 minutes or even 1 hour.

The svchost.exe will become normal again when P2P client is turn off.

FYI, ICS is done by onboard network port between 2 PCs. My PC connect to internet via USB DSL modem (same thing happen if using other modem). Using Windows XP SP2 (format won't help).

Can someone please help think out any possible for this. Thank you.
