Hello everyone, I'm not sure if this the right platform to ask this question.

I've been doing business in IG for passed 15 months, selling coffee classes, recent passed 2 weeks, the ads I've posted as what I've used to do regularly, but until these two weeks the impression I've got is way low and not responsive as previous.

Am i the one or does anyone who's doing Instagram advertising also facing the same problem?

Previously,
I.e. rm100 for 4 days adverts, i would get 50-80k impressions and countless response.

Currently
Rm100 for 4 days, I've got like 2-4k impression, with zero DM and engagement.

Anyone can englightment me?

Hello everyone, currently i've been trying to call Hospital Selayang operator to get me an appointment with psychologist
but then there's nobody pick up my call after operator connected into relevant dept. and i've tried to call direct line of Prof Syed Hassan office and his office staff asked me to contact Hosp Selayang operator, so i'm stuck in between, any more clinics anybody can recommend me ?

my case is mild as i know of, but could lead to failure marriage in future, to conclude having dilemma with relationship,
but i need professional advise more than counselling.

Buying over condo from my co-owner

Hi all,

I'm currently co-owning a condo unit with another owner, so I'm calculating and planning to buy over the rest of the share from my co-owner, but I'm not sure about the calculation and details on financial side, so want to get some comment and knowledge from here to see whether am I doing the correct calculation.

Bank locking period is 3 years which is by July 2014
Keys were taken on March 2014

My condo unit were purchased RM423k
current market price is around RM620k

RM620k - RM423k = RM197k
Government earning Tax = RM59.1k (30%)
total shares for both of us is = RM137.9k

each of us get = RM68.95k

Do I have the correct calculation? or is there any more fees or stamping fees behind?
really appreciate if you guys could give me some advise.

Hello everyone,

I'm trying to showcase some of my favorite shots during my vacations & get to know somebody whom share the same hobby, personally I'm not a photographer, my skills are no match to a lot of people in LYN forum, their photos are really stunning. Anyway I would say I am an ex photograph enthusiast, but now I'm a casual shooter, I like portraiture , landscape, food photography. So in terms of editing I'm no good at photoshop, so I'm using Photoscape (a freeware for dummies & beginner), and my style and objective of editing are meant to remove my minor mistakes and conserve the most beautiful and original moment, so in another words I don't appreciate HDR photos (my apology to those who like HDR photos). There are a lot of stuff of photography that I'm still do not know and sometime I'm totally noob, I hope that you guys would enlighten me

personally i'm learning japanese, there are plenty of japanese learning centres in KL, but not really seen any
