Brief chronological list of events

08 Jan 14 : Paid for webcam by M2U
13 Jan 14 : Item was supposedly sent by Kangaroo
21 Jan 14 : Nothing arrived thus far. Reported to seller. He says he will look into it. No further communications from him.
26 Jan 14 : After 18 days and still no sign of it. Seller did not respond to any messages although he was online.

lingloong, I'm not here to spoil your so called reputation by opening a dispute against you, but you leave me no choice. Having done many transactions does not define you as a good seller. It's how you deal with complications that define that.

In this case you are clearly trying to shrug off all responsibilities by ignoring my messages. It does not work like that. If Kangaroo has lost the parcel, it is not for me to go after them for compensation. The carrier contract was between you and Kangaroo, and any compensations will go to you, not me.

As the buyer, I only have a sales contract with you which is plain and simple. You offer something for sale, I buy it, I expect to get said product. Else you should refund me.
