Wrong Date and time on my desktop

i Have problem with my desktop.when im start my dekstop, it always appear wrong date and time..my friend said the problem come from my battery..so i replaced with new battery..it ok after a few days but after that same problem appear

can anyone help me?

hi everyone
i have two problems with my desktop.

first it always show the old date which is 2006 every time i start my desktop.
im already change the battery and setting the date with current date but it only last for few days and after that the same problem happened.

second is a show of pop up error allocating memory

so anyone please help me..
