Mid Career Crisis - Advise Needed

Guys, I think I'm in mid-career crisis, I don't know where to go, what to do, how to do. Here's my story ...

I'm in my mid 30s, work in IT, attained a decent position (Manager above) in MNC (Financial Industry), earning a decent salary (10k above), decent company benefits (common optical, health, contractual + performance bonuses, 16% epf, 21 annual leaves, etc), married, 3 properties, 2 cars, no kids with lotsa commitments.

Been with the company for years, started as a programmer. These all started 3 years back when my career seems to start taking a downturn. Ever since promoted, I gave up my technical skills, something that helped me achieve what I achieved today. Been stopped developing my technical skill for 3 years and rusted (For those who are in IT knows the technicality is our bread and butter). Due to the managerial role, responsibilities shifted to people and service delivery management. This job became my comfort zone and groundhog days, coming to work without passion doing the same old work without much work pressure for years.

Went for some technical position interviews, struggled a lot with the technical questions. I can't compete with the younger candidate as I'm asking higher salary but weaker technical knowledge. Though I didn't attempt any managerial position as it's not my cup of tea. My confidence is grinded bits by bits as time goes by, the feeling of myself decaying is stronger everyday.

I have no dream, no passion, no goal, no direction, no interest, not even a proper hobby for anything ...

I know I'm way better off than a lot of working middle-aged men but I can't live life like this .. It will be very much appreciated for someone to give some advise.

Refinance Housing Loan

Hi Guys, need some advise here.

I have an existing mortgage loan which is a joint account with my wife, but the SPA has only my name. I wanted to refinance and take out my wife's name, I however notice my existing loan has a pretty good interest rate @ 4.15%.

If i'm to go ahead and seek for refinance, is it possible for for any bank to offer and match my interest rate? The whole objective of refinance and clear up my wife's name is so she could get another property with 90% loan.

I'm pretty sure with my income I should be able to refinance with only my name.

i wanted to buy a book, and amazon website stated they do deliver items to malaysia.
my problem is when i receive the parcel will custom impose any tax on my item? if yes roughly how much ... ?
