High frequency hissing sound

I am having problem with my fm modulator..

There is a high frequency hissing sound when i plugged in the fm modulator... the sound is constant with the throttle, it'll be louder when I am accelerating..

But the hissing sound is gone if i unplugged the fm modulator and using the HU fm alone...

Is this cause by the weak battery or else? Any recommended place to repair this prob? Im in wangsa maju area

p/s: currently I have no budget to change HU so I am using the fm modulator

2nd house for investment

i have been offered by a friend to buy a 2nd terrace house(1 storey) for about rm65,000. The house is approximately 10 years already and it is in a good location for rental purpose (market price for house rental around the area is rm300).

so, my intention here is to buy the house by loan and rent it to pay back the loan.. so will it be a good investment or it'll be just a waste of time?

the house is still in good condition, maybe just need around 1-2k for repairing purpose.

what type of loan should i get, what minimum down-payment needed ?

When a USB device is connected to the computer (usb drive) ... windows xp pops up a dialog asking you what you would like to do ... open the folder, etc etc

They also give you the option to save your choice for future automation

Where in Windows XP can I go to make changes to these selections?

IE ... I accidentally clicked the checkbox, and now every time I plug in my usb drive the folder automaticly opens, and i want to turn that off

this is happen to some cd, when i open my dvdrom, its suppose to be folders icon but now it show internet explorer icon...

torrent client clash with firefox/explorer?

my pc have been installed with a fresh windows xp few weeks before....

i tweak the system and internet performance using tuneup utilities and i noticed it changed some windows configuration in order to get max internet performance n speed.....

then im using two torrent client (bitcomet 0.66 and deluge).... p/s: im only let one client run at a time, not both....

the problem is whenever bitcomet/deluge is running, i simply cannot open firefox browser..... there's a firefox.exe running in the process ( in the task manager) but no browser shows up......

what i did is went to control panel and disabled the local network connection and just after it's been disabled, firefox browser will shows up.... then i "re enable" the network connection and i can googling fine... but sometimes the firefox seems cannot connect to the internet.... it keeps connecting acting all slow...

this also happen to the internet explorer and happens although there's only 10kbps use by bitcomet...

anyone had this kind of problem before??

i have two casing of pentium 1 at home....

i was thinking to put my new p4 mobo socket 478 into this casing....

both the previous pentium1 mobo and p4 mobo is the same size (m-atx)...

i got 400watt power supply, so i switch the power supply in the case...

but izit the power on and reset switch in the case can be use with this p4 mobo?

i don't want to buy new case as this 2 casing aredi taking much space in my house

i just addon pci soundblaster audigy value soundcard, installed driver and it works great without problem...

before this im using normal onboard audio from my motherboard asus p4v8x-x (which use via8237 chipset southbridge)

i notice that the onboard audio is not on the hardware list anymore, i can just select my new soundblaster pci only as audio output....

how can i do to make both of them works seperately (eg. i use soundblaster with my headphone to play winamp and onboard sound to play windows media player)

izzit possible to do that? i just checked my bios configuration and the ac97 onboard controller can only be choose as "auto" or "disabled"....

i tried use "auto" but still no hardware/onboard audio found...

im using lousy speaker and mostly im using headphones for my gaming, music and sometimes watching movies....

now im using onboard sound and i'd plan to buy new soundcard

soundblaster live = rm55
audigy value = rm110
chaintech AV170 = rm100

i make some survey and i found out most people said it's better to use onboard sound if im using headphone rather than pair it with chaintech AV170( i'd to buy amp to make the sound boost)...

so im thinking to buy the audigy value rm110 or soundblaster live rm55....

izzit audigy value perform better than soundblaster live or it's barely differ?.....

im a noob here ..

my lcd cannot connect through dvi 9700pro

i have an BBA ati 9700pro graphic card but i never test it's dvi output before as i use normal crt connected through analog output...

this day i just buy new lg lcd with dvi and analog connection but it seems that my lcd not working if im connect it through dvi....

it's not my lcd problem because it's working fine with my friend pc through dvi/analog connection...

is there any expire date for steam account?
