I am one of the owners of the Quinton Balik Pulau. This afternoon, I received a WhatsApp message from the developer notifying me of the company's winding-up and appointment of liquidators.

I immediately messaged the lawyer who assisted me with the S&P to ask about my next course of action. I am still waiting for a reply.

I'm writing here hoping the rest of the owners of the Quinton Balik Pulau can join in and create a WhatsApp group to discuss further actions and protect our interests.

How to identify FAKE company?

I just discovered maybe my contractor's company might be fake.

I searched SSM site, and I could not locate his company name, business registration number nor his name in SSM site (this is a sole-proprietorship).

My questions are:
1) What are the chances that a company is fake if it is not listed in the SSM site? Maybe it is too old to be registered (maybe he started this company and registered it before SSM started their online database), is that even possible?

2) What else can I do to know if this is a real or fake company?

3) How do I take action and where do I report this other than SSM? Can I make a report as this seems to constitute an act of cheating since he is using a 'fake' company?

Ugly Small Toilet - What can I do?

I have 2 of this ugly, narrow, long and small toilet at the back of my house (ground and 1st floor). The size is about 16 sqft.

I don't plan to shift or enlarge the toilet as I know it will cost a bomb.

I need suggestions from you guys how to 'beautify' the toilet and make it more functional.

Problems:
1) The shower head in between basin and wash down...don't know where to put the shower head if not there?
2) Pipes (on the top left) inter-connected in such a strange way, especially the smaller pipes...why? Are they leaking also since got yellowish thing appearing? (No knowledge of plumbing here)
3) What type of color should I choose for the tile (plan full height tiling)? Too dark, making the toilet smaller, too bright (yucks!)
