How to send Mobile Phone from KL to Johor?

I just sold my 2nd hand mobile phone.
Need to post from KL to Johor.
Just figure out that, pos laju cannot post item contains battery and etc.
I already google online and found the latest post by this forum is around 2015.
May be outdated.
Would like to ask which others courier can send mobile phone ?
Base on previous post I found, some one say just post it but state as others items.
Some is told better post it using skynet.

If I post it, should I state it is mobile phone ? If it is not, how to make claim if touch wood that it is lost.

NCD Transfer

I plan to buy new car. (P1)

I'm entitle 55% NCD for my old car. I would like to trade in my car and transfer my NCD to new car.
Normally, I would get 55% NCD and get the money on the spot when I purchase car as per info from my friend.

However, my agent tell me that new system is different. I need to pay for full amount of insurance (means without any NCD).
Later the insurance company, will send me the 55% rebate to me via cheque.

The agent tell me, unless I not driving my car, cancel my current insurance. Then, I'm entitle to get 55% rebate immediately.

Is it true ? Any agent here can confirm ?
