What is the future trend of malaysia interest rate

What will the the future trend for malaysia interest rate? Actually how do we determine the interest rate of malaysia? It should have something to do with Bank negara right? But does it have something to do with inflation as well? Inflation high = interest rate high? Or vice versa? The future trend for malaysia interest rate, will it be like singapore fixed D which only offer 1-2% a year? Or follow japan which is only zero point something of interest rate. Both this country have ralatively low in inflation. Does inflation have anything to do with interest rate. Need help urgent. Some financial planner out there please help me to solve my problem.. Thanks in advance. <!--emo&--><img src='http://static.lowyat.net/style_emoticons/default/thumbup.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='thumbup.gif' /><!--endemo-->
