Hi all,

As per subject, I intend to purchase my brother car but the issue is, the car still under finance. The amount to settle with bank quite huge due to the car is pretty new. Is there any way I can apply for hire purchase loan for this?

Does hire purchase loan for used car will be based on market value? My brother sell car to me with slightly higher market value.

P/S: - Buying new car instead is not an option due to some private arrangement.
- Personal loan is not really an option due to high interest.
