High heels for petite and short girls

Hi girls..i am a petite size girl..4'11" in height..and i am 20 years of age..

i really want to pull off wearing high heels but most of the time people always judge me,claiming that i'm trying to hard to look good because they mistakenly thought i'm still in high school due to my small features and baby face..i don't know if it is a good thing or not to actually look younger than you really are..

so,i would like to hear what you girls have to say bout this high heels with petite size and short ladies..is it suitable/appropriate?do we look weird wearing heels?

im planning to use my 42" hdmi plasma as monitor, and my home theater as speakers, so i cn browse from sofa =) so if possible cn recommend good wireless keyboard n mouse..

hey guys..i dunno if i put this on the rite place or not..i wanted to go to brickfields to find for stuff but i dunno the way from subang..sum1 told me its nearby kl sentral monorail station,is dat true?den where exactly is brickfields from the monorail?huhu..really dunno the wasy as i jz moved to kl ..HELPPP!!

need guide and help about paypal.. i want to buy something online shops, but i dont have paypal account.. im 19 so i dont have credit card yet.. can i still open the account? wut shud i do to hv a verified paypal account?
i heard abt debit card but hw n where cn i get the debit card?
