Next week, I will be attend an interview at Shiseido for Management Trainee position (HR told me that is related to marketing, not clearly stated the job scope).
I would like to ask anyone worked with Shiseido before?
Mind to share some working experiences there?
How is the working culture and potential growth in Shiseido?
And of course the salary and increment.

Currently, I am a final year student, who doing final year project.
So, I need to distribute questionnaire to collect my data in order to continue my research and write thesis.

I already distribute my questionnaire around two weeks +..I had just collected 120+..(I need 250)

I already try facebook and post it on forum...A lot of people and friends tend to ignore and not to fill it in..

So, I want some suggestions and ideas about "how to distribute online questionnaire faster?"

Perm Hair

New year new resolution!! In this new year, I plan to perm my hair as well.
Any hair saloon in klang valley and KL area are recommended??

Few years back, I had perm my hair twice before. But, my hair are those kind of hard to perm until curl.
Every time, when I perm my hair..I need to go back to saloon for "re-perm" after one or two weeks. Because my hair become straight again..no curly waves.
Meaning..I perm my hair 4 times already... haha~~~^^

So, to avoid this problem happen again..I would like to try some other good hair saloon to solve my problem.

Currently, my hair are medium length. After shoulder length about 2-3inch.

If you face the same situation before, feel free to leave comment here.

Urgent need recommendation! As I want to perm my hair this coming few weeks before CNY.

What cosmetic brand are recommended?

Hey girls~ I need some advice and recommendation for cosmetic..
I plan to buy myself a new cosmetic set (Full set) during this christmas and new year.. As a gift to pamper myself.
I come across too many brand selling outside.I have no idea what cosmetic I should buy.

My face are more on "dry outside but oily inside".. I like natural look make up..like korean girl style.
I got some blemish, and dark circle of course. Currently I use skin 79 bb cream products..
and I very like apply mascara..As my previous mascara are maybelline. Now I feel want to change some other brand that is more on volume and long length..

So,any cosmetics brand that you all feel nice to use??
Need make up expect to give some ideas.
