As the title implies, where's the best place where I can safely and healthily donate my stuff, possibly, for some little cash on return ie, shoes, clothes, materials, etc. Areas around Subang Jaya/PJ/Gombak?

Thanks!

Besides here, where do you get your workout fix?

Besides here and pizzaboy's essays, what are some of the sites you guys and gals visit for your bodybuilding needs?

The usual suspects for me:

Bodybuilding.com
Testosterone Nation

Keep it heavy, folks.

Too much bulk, not enough definition

I think the title says it all but I think an elaboration is required to get the full picture.

First off, my overall body structure is pretty big, my arms especially. And this is my main gripe: My forearms are the size of turkey legs while my arms themselves are big, but are not defined. Also, I have fat surrounding all the bits that I really don't want: abs and arms.

So my question is: What's the best way to lose the fat? I'm thinking of cutting down my weight training in favour of more cardio. My workout schedule is as follows:

Monday - Chest & shoulders
Tuesday - Rest
Wednesday - Arms & legs
Thursday - Rest
Friday - Abs & back

I'm gunning towards a more toned look, rather than being bulky and looking like Popeye's long lost cousin.

Any advice is much appreciated. In the meantime, happy working out, people!
