Fully Renovated Showroom | Office | Gallery Corner

Up for rent is a tastefully renovated shop office in Damansara Perdana. As shown in the pictures, every corner of the unit has undergone an extensive makeover. The layout is conveniently partitioned into a CEO studio and 2 work cubicles, along with 2 storerooms, 2 newly furnished Restrooms, a spacious pantry area, and a Galleria. Unlike smaller intermediate units, this Corner unit boasts 1,834 sq ft of usable space, and proudly overlooks the scenic view of Amari Terrace and Empire Residences, amid a backdrop of lush greenery and hilly terrain.

Unlike other areas of Damansara Perdana notorious for being a parking nightmare, ample parking is available for visitors, along with season parking for employees.

Available for rent from mid-May onwards. Rental rate @ RM3,200 per month.

[attachmentid=8763210]

[attachmentid=8763211]

[attachmentid=8763212]

[attachmentid=8763213]

[attachmentid=8763214]

[attachmentid=8763215]

[attachmentid=8763216]

[attachmentid=8763217]

Item(s):iPad Mini

Package includes:Full Package - Barely used Charger, Lightning Cable, Box, Aftermarket Red SmartCover, Matte Screen Protector

Price:RM650 Firm

Warranty:Expired April 2014

Dealing method:COD Klang Valley

Location of seller:Old Klang Road, Jalan Ipoh

Contact method/details:PM

Age of item:1.5 Years

---

Item(s) conditions:Protected in Case, Smart Cover and Screen Protector since day 1 so no major dings all around.

Problem with never removing the device from it case for all its life, dust particles managed to seep through between the case and back and, some rubbing/abrasion and discolouration on the back, making it look like the paint chipped off (You can refer to images attached). Because of this aesthetic flaw, selling it lower than average, thus the non-negotiable price. Put it into a case and it won't be noticed.

Hand itchy ordered a Xiaomi Mi 3 this afternoon during the firesale. And have decide to let it go considering my Honor 3C still serving me admirably.

So at the risk of being labelled a scalper while making some money, I would like to sell my unit for RM819 (That's right.. a handsome profit RM50).

The interested party will have to part with a RM50 deposit to avoid untoward FFK instances. The unit will probably arrive next week.

Update: Unit has been reserved and deposit received.

The line randomly appeared weeks after the warranty expired, and no amount of begging and pleas were entertained by the iron-fisted Apple technician. It's more of an annoyance than anything but I'd rather money not be spent just to fix what is otherwise a brilliantly-functioning screen.

SOLD

Couldn't help but notice a new banner in the forums. At first glance looks like a byproduct of what would happen if Groupon and a real estate website hooked up and went out on a date haha!

Would be extremely interested to see if they add more hot properties and pre-launch sales, but I think the idea is cool and exposes everyone to buying property in bulk - a privilege traditionally reserved for real estate agencies and investment clubs, IF it really manages to achieve 15% off market price. Though only four listings atm it looks promising as they seem to have hauled a few of the big developers aboard.

Will be keeping tabs on this website. What you guys think?

Coz it so happened, that the buyer(whose identity i chose not to disclose) of the laptop was supposed to buy my Lenovo T61 the same day! So in the end i was taken for a ride by both sides, simply because the other buyer offered RM50 higher than me @ RM1350.

Its a small world after all eh?

Anyway, thanks for:
1. Deliberately Lying
2. Deliberately lying on the Eve of Hari Raya Haji.
3. Being a cheapskate and sinning for the sake of an extra RM50.
4. Not covering your tracks properly and coming up with a cheap excuse.
5. Taking me for a damn ride. I really, really wanted that Z61T.

I hereby request that a Dispute tag be awarded to the forumer above.

Regards
Alvin
