Hi i need to buy a new digital camera asap since im going to travel end of this month. So which digital camera is easy to use for a beginner like me?

I used to have one olympus digital camera, but it is only with 4mega pixels and small screen( i lost the battery charger aswell). Planned to upgrade a bigger LCD screen.

Budjet around <rm800
easy to use/for beginner
atleast 2.5" LCD screen.
must use litium battery(rechargerble), no AA battery.

There is few in my mind btw,
panasonic 8.1mp cost around rm610 (i couldnt remember the model) panasonic
canon 7mp cost around rm800 (ls80 i think, something like that) canon
sony cyber shot cost around rm700(i coulndt remember the model aswell) sony click here

Advice needed, thanks!

PS: I know nothing about camera, seriously.
