It's been god knows how many years that i have last posted in Lowyat.net forum.

This time i was forced to take action and spread the news out since my complain to SKMM @ MCMC did not do provide the solution.

Let me summarize the issue here so and post the screenshot of the issue complained in SKMM and the Resolution provided by Maxis.

Before i begin, just would like to update that i myself was a Maxis Staff 6 Years ago and i resigned in 2012.

All the while i am using Maxis close to 10 years plus minus and did not had any problem since i worked with Maxis before and i knew the bill calculation and how is the charges and i am very comfortable with their reception.

Recently i was keen on changing my device since my current device was failing on me and i went to Maxis Live chat to enquire about my current account status and is it possible for me to re-contract again without being charged with penalty.

First of all they gave me the re-contract date wrongly twice and then ask me to pay for 1 month penalty which if i wait for 3 weeks i can get it done without paying and the ordeal move forward to a point that the customer care in Maxis contacted my friend which whom i not very close asking for my Facebook and phone number and leaking the information that i have complained to SKMM and discussing my issue offline to a person which is not working in Maxis.

I am not sure in what made them make the move offline since i am already communicating via Official channel with is E-Mail. Second thing is how sure are they that i am in talking term with the person and blindly go and confront someone asking about me and my facebook and also asking about my details. That friend contacted another friend and then contacted me asking why i am disturbing other people.

I was quite shocked as the ordeal was between me and Maxis but other 3rd party knows about my issue which is not related.

Below is the question that i asked to Customercare@maxis.com.my

After all this, i got fed up and complain to SKMM official page and below is the complain and also the Resolution.

Below is the complain to SKMM

"our intention is to get to know our customer" = Leaking data to 3rd person and approaching customer by finding them in social media and messaging them personally is consider as getting to know our customer. They have all our details such as name, phone number, e-mail address and god knows who is working inside have approached any women,ladies,girls and add them in facebook or spam them with messages. How sure are we that our wife's, mother,sister,aunts are safe when person is looking into our social media and we are not aware.

Feeling ashamed that some else got disturbed seeking for my info and the person and i not in talking terms and the person got angry that i am disturbing that and it created a big havoc behind the scene and i needed to apologies to all people because Maxis very cleverly wanted to settle the problem offline.

"To mitigate the service experience, we have offered RM 300 goodwill waiver as soon as customer update us a new device contract." = They have run around the bush and until now admit the mistake but run away from the original problem which is Privacy breach and also disturbing my friend cycle which impacted a deep scar as i am not in talking terms they have balls to ask me to stay for another 2 years contract and they give me a bone of RM 300. Do they think that we are dog that we will wiggle our tail despite have issue in breach of privacy, they still want us to stay.

Would like to enlighten this to all so that you guys be aware of your Telco's and also your social media as Data can be breached by them or they can approach you in any Manner.

Changing Ownership for Fully Paid House

Good Day LYN People's.

Tried to search for similar topic but did not able to get an answer i wanted.

Currently my father owns a Fully Paid Property (House) under his name but currently he has very big Credit Card debt and i am afraid might be under CTOS (NOT SURE) and have defaulted payment quite few times and only making minimum payment.

I am Planing to change ownership under my sisters Name (SHE EARNS MORE THEN ME AND IS A TEACHER SO SHE GET LOAN VERY FAST) and refinance the house to settle the credit card debts.

But the problem is, have tried to check with other family members, some said can do and other said cant do the change of ownership due to debt.

My question is, What and how is the procedure to change property from my fathers name to my sisters name, and what are the process involved and how long will it take to complete the process to allow my sister to refinance the property under her name?

Or is there any other way as i don't have much of contact for property or lawyer and is scared that since less experience, might be cheated in paying a hefty money for a simple and cheap job.

Seek formers guidance and also expertise on this issue on how can i solve it in a very easy,simple,fast and cheap way as wanted to settle this once and for all as its been dragging for a very very long time and now had received a lawyer notice for payment being defaulted for 3 months and we need to fork out own money to make payment for as myself as-well is stuck with other commitments and not in a very stable job to take high risk..
