My PC Spec (will buy this weekend)

Hi Guys.. after doing 2 weeks of hardware research, this is my PC spec that I plan to buy this weekend.
As you can see, the spec is not so high end as Im on limited budget, average gamers and probably not going to overclock that much.

So what do you guys think?
And alo please suggest the best PSU for this spec as I havent decided on it yet. Budget around RM300.
