Dear All,

i brought a 2nd hand property-townhouse 5 yrs ago, when did the S&P, lawyer already ask me to pay the tax for land title even though that time the title yet out. the lawyer say i need to pay first because i buy the 2nd hand property.

now, the land title is out, i contact the S&P lawyers, and the S&P lawyers saying i still need to pay for MOT. is it true?
need your all advise.

Skin allergy problem

Hi,

my fren is facing very serious skin allergy problem.

either the enviroment is un-clean, or after taking some of food (such as egg, beef...etc), her skin will appreal red and very itch.

she already go for Chinese Tradisional doc but seems useless. it was already 1yrs+, now getting worst.

any recommandation for skin specialist for this kinds of allergy? (KL area)

Hi All,
I now pregnant for 5 mths, and do my checking at HUKM Specialist.
However, I found out the changers on the consultancy is quite expensive.
my checking fee as follows (all is normal checking which include the ultrasound u.o.s) :
1st checking = RM230+ (normal checking)
2nd checking (+2 weeks later) = RM150+ (normal checking)
3rd checking (+1mth) = RM230+ (add blood test)
4th checking (+1mth) = RM215 (normal checking)
I have check with my sister and frens, event they go to private hospital such as SJMC, Pantai or Grand Eagles, the charges normally is average RM120.

Need your all advise and share experience. Now doc ask me to do 3D scanning (RM300) which all my fren told me that this is NOT a necessary…..

hi All,

i not sure which forum to post,

hope can get some help, do u have any reliable plumber to recommend for repair works? (KL, cheras area)

condition: water from meter going to my house, at car porch area, some sound of water leaking is hearing,
when water bil coming, showing there is water leaking!

i got find 1 plumber, he quo me RM450 which include drilling the concrete, laying sand on the foundation th avoid paip break again,
repair the paip and cover back with concrete. i found it a bit expensive. my fren say normally just cost for RM200.
