Should I do a top overhaul?

Greetings!

Recently I just flushed my radiator and changed a new radiator cap in Kuantan.

But while I was driving back from Kuantan to KL, the temperature meter goes somewhere around 70% because of jam, then it went down as usual (usually it stay in C region only)

From that day onward, my radiator coolant tank keep overflowing dy (the water won't flow back into the radiator) and I have to keep refilling my radiator.

I tried to changed back the old radiator cap and still no luck.

So i was wondering if my head gasket is burnt? Do I need to do a top overhaul for my car? If yes, estimated how much to pay?

I'm driving a Nissan Sunny 1995
