Hi ,

I am doing small business, and need advise here . I have this worker problem and also stock lost problem . I am doing retail in mall. I need to know can I hire Indonesian to work , just like those Indon maid that do house work, but then hire them to work at the mall ?

The count stock every month give me alot problem , every month the stock is not tally . I very pening . What should I do if stock is not balance, usually what is the action that should take ? Minus the staff ? But if deduct from their salary they will unhappy and will leave. I need them , so what is the best way ? I want to know do all the big retail shop do stock count every month ? If lost stock what they do ? Example like Tesco , they have so many stock how they do stock count ? Do they count every month ?

I tried to post more picture , once reach about 10 pictures and above it will not load in anymore , what is the Problem ? I have seen others members forum they have alot of pictures , how come mine cannot ?

And if let say I post new and more pictures ,sometimes the new picture will in but it will auto delete my old post pictures .

Please help
