Anyone use to work in an Embassy?

Im am currently working as secretary for cto in a telecommunication industry.

Just received a call to go for an interview at Turkey embassy.. the pay is good..

But just need an advice, is it a good choice ? or what is the environment like?

If you are in my shoe, what would you do? Stay here or go there?

tired of buying tools that are not good enough.. i bought few hair straightener but do not perform.. undergoues the same experience for hair dryer also..

So im asking for help to all the nice lady out here.. please share with me =) your personal experience in buying..
and i would extremely appreciate if you could suggest to me your personal favourite brand and price please.. =)
and of coz where to buy..

i dont mind about the brand.. chikai also no problem as long as it is good..

Been terminated without reasonable Reasons

this is what happen to my very dearie friend.

She have been working for this International telco company for 10 years.

All this while it always been contract (see how bad they treated )

then the company decided to outsource the division to JLW so menaing now she have to work under JLW for that telco.

Then, recently she have applied for 9 days UNPAID LEAVE. because her husband granny was sick so she have to travel oversea to check out on the granny as her condition was critical and may be dead at any time.

her husband is a foreigner, so thats why have to travel oversea.

then the vp of the company say cannot. the leave is not approve,

then she beg since it is unpaid and plus the granny is the one who take care of her husband when he is still small boy.

but the stupid Vp do not understand being firm tellng that it is not approve if she go they will terminate her because misconduct.

then my friend beg again because al her visa and fight ticket have been arrange.

But they terminate her instead. (I feel very bad as i am her friend and i cannot do nothing to help her)

Is there anything that she could do?

Unable to connect n95 to laptop/pc via usb

Appreciate if someone could advise me on this.

i used to transfer file, video, and such by connecting a usb cable from my hp to pc.

but now as i try to do it,

it shows that Unable because Mass data been used by other program.

hurm,.. i get me a little frustated.

The company shall provide the following services.

a) General Cleaning within the house. Including sweeping/vacumming and mopping floors. Cleaning curtain railings, bathrooms ceiling fans, windows and dusting furniture.

b) Washing all dirtied kitchen items. Including plates, pots,pans and other kitchen utensils.

c) Wiping all tables, arranging display items, tidying up the bed,empty and clean ashtrays and wastebaskets.

e) Washing or Ironing clothes. ( We would advice our clients to wash the clothes a day before maid arrives, so that they can do the ironing on the following days) It is not advisable to wash and iron on the same day.

how to remove oil seed?

i need help..

i have tiny oil seed under my eyes.. (like 3 or 4)

but my fren told me that i have to remove it fast or it will spread...

hurm.. any suggestion on how to remove it?

i try applying cream n so on dosent work..

hurm..

we have been dating n we love each other very much ( as far as i am concern)

he is nice n sweet n such.. the only massive prob is that his parent hates me..

reason = im not typical malay, i have brown dyed hair n i wear nail polish =(

well he come from a conservative family.. only two siblings.. both are guys including him,,,

he is the big bro, his younger bro is 8..

so as human being i try to understand his parent situation, maybe they are being protecting n such towards their child..

but, for god sake, i feel down...

but we try to ignore n we both pretend that like nothing.. n contineu our relationship

but i feel bad, i dont want him to neglect his family decision because of me... but i love him like kaw kaw also...

ish... i hate la this drama2...

but cannot stand the sakit hati..
