I just asked the agent to call developer to confirm the charge rate for water and electricity.

What I got was

Water charge at commercial rate.

Electricity charge at residential rate.

I not sure how many buyers know but i think there some buyer buy for own use so maybe they don't know service residential is charge based on commercial rate.
