Accessing old locked drives from Windows 7

Hello.

I am having a trouble accessing some of my old hard drive partitions that has been locked previously, in Windows 7 on my old machine. Now I'm on a new pc (running on Windows 10), and I am trying to get back access to the hard drive. The thing is, I have no permission to access those partitions. I've been trying to change the permission and failed. Trying to look for solution and I still hasn't found any. I also had tried booting the windows, but as expected, I cannot seem to boot it the OS on this machine.

I am not very familiar with this, so I hope somebody can help me solve the issue.
