A Way Out is an action-adventure game developed by Hazelight Studios and published by Electronic Arts under their EA Originals program. Just wanna ask . If sell a landed house with gated guarded community . Must the outstanding fees to be settled before handling over the keys to new owner ?
Not those super duper good management , cos I had a bad quarrel with the management before because of Thier fault of taking care of the Taman and the KETUA of the community dare not collect the fees from me after that .
So ,is there any law the outstanding must be settled?cos really not siok to pay them .do they have rights to collect my outstanding from the new owner ?
