Hi all.

I have a problem with my laptop.
Always hang during I using it.

Phenomena :
When I do something like on web browsing or open website, start open game
it hang, cannot use mouse or do anything.

If heard fan running with loud sound inside laptop, it tendency become hang.

Only can do restart again using on button.

When I wait (do not restart), about 20 minutes +/-
it will automatically restart.

This is software or hardware problem?
