[WTA] Cash voucher validity during MCO3.0

hi guys, want to get your opinion on this. I purchased a few cash vouchers which expires on July 2021. Since July is still under MCO 3.0, I emailed them and they mentioned the validity will be extended automatically based on the number of months we are not allowed to dine-in, which at that point in time, the vouchers are extended till Nov 2021.

Then our government announced that dine-in is allowed on Aug but only for fully vaccinated individuals. So I thought the voucher will be extended till Dec 2021.

Come Dec, I tried to redeem my vouchers and they said it has expired. I tried to argue with them based on the fact that the extension should follow the number of lockdown months and also the time the individual is fully vaccinated but they said their management has decided not to extend it further.

Am I wrong, thinking that the voucher will be further extended automatically? If I am right, should I make a complain to KPDNHEP? I just find it unfair as I can't dine-in until I am fully vaccinated which they did not take this into consideration.

Wanna get your opinion. I know someone who has supplies for the saliva test kit. Do you think anyone is interested to buy this test kit? Based on information I get, the test is accurate and you get a faster result as compared to RTK testing.
