Google Ad, or not?

Not sure if this is the right sub-forum to ask, so please bear with me.

I wanted to find out if anyone knows if the ads on Star's website are their own or Google Ads?

I thought that those where their own ads (due to lack of the usual indication of the blue 'Ads' word), but when hovered on the ad, the link goes to something like googlesyndicate.

Or are they using a Google tool (that maybe I don't know about) to track ad clicks?

Also, which buses go to Puchong from KL area? I usually take the U43, I assume that one is still running.

Can recommend some nice movies? Suddenly in the mood to watch war movies like U571 or creature movies like Rogue.

But other recommendations are welcomed as well. Except prawn or horror movies please.

Insurance Q when doing house deed transfer

Hi all,

I have a question pertaining house insurance when we do a house deed transfer. It's an old family house, about 30 years.

Let's say my parents want to transfer our current house deed to my name and the current house insurance policy is under their names. While the lawyers are doing the transfer thinghy, should anything happen to the house, the insurance is still valid right? Do we need to change the name on the insurance policy as well? Just change name or buy new policy?

Hi all,

I am thinking of buying a non-bumi unit at Sri Penara for own stay.
Basically, I am looking for somewhere that is near to the LRT and below RM 200k.
What do you think of this place for own stay?
I am not too familiar with the places in KL and so, is not sure if the place has high-crime rate or has a lot of foreigners or has any other issues.
Would appreciate any insights from anyone.

I'm currently at somewhere near Asia Jaya LRT.

Is it better to:

a) Take the LRT to Kelana Jaya and then the U43 bus to Puchong?

or

b) Take the LRT to Pasar Seni and then the bus U60 / U69 / U70 to Puchong?

Anyone knows how frequent are these buses?
