[WTA] Recommendation of CPU for 3ds Max Render

Hi all, would like to ask for help from you guys because I am planning to customize a new desktop CPU for high performance 3ds Max rendering. (mainly interior & exterior design)
I know there are many topics discussing about this, but since hardware is always up-to-date. So, I better ask for more.
My budget is around RM3k-RM4k, not including monitor, mouse & keyboard. Would like to go for 64-bit.

Here's the software i'm using:
1) AutoCAD
2) 3Ds MAX with VRay
3) Adobe Illustrator
4) Adobe Photoshop
5) Google Sketchup

Hello guys, I saw a manual camera Yashica at one of the old camera shop.
It's 2nd hand and the boss said it still can be use. It was so attractive for me....

Anyway, just curious about the function and the quality of the Yashica branded camera.
Is is good and easy to handle?
