Consumer Tribunal and Lazada

Guys,

Purchased an item from lazada and received the goods from seller.
Not happy with the item and wanted a refund from seller.

Seller refuse my request and I proceeded to dispute the decision as per lazada's option.
So after hearing from both the seller and myself, lazada chooses to side with the seller and rejected my refund request.

I now choose to file a complaint with consumer tribunal.
My question is if my case goes on hearing, on the other side which party will attend the hearing? Is it the seller or someone from lazada?

Anyone have experience in this before.

Need help: Sticky Steering

Went to change the gearbox oil and spark plug for my car yesterday. The foreman drove my inside the shop.

Then when I went home, notice the steering wheel quite sticky and greasy. Must be the mechanics dirty and greasy hands.

Tried wiping it with a dry cloth and then also with a wet cloth. Not much improvement.

Any of you guys he experience this before and any tips to get rid of the greasy stains?

Need advise: Open Pod vs Drop In Filter

Guys,

Need some opinions here. Planning to get K&N filter next month (after pay day lor )

Not sure whether to get the drop in or open pod. My ride is the iswara aeroback 1.3 (carburetor).

What's the pro and cons of getting the open pod compare with the drop in? Read somewhere before it mention that if open pod it might suck hot air and might even coz the car to be sluggish. Any remedy for this?

Thanks in advance for your feedback
