Will I lose NCB if i renew insurance late?

I have motor insurance and my NCB is at max at the moment.
I have a car that is not used much and I want to delay renewing the road tax and insurance because its high cc so it become expensive.

My question is, if I renew my insurance late, say one or two months after it expire, will I be able to still keep my NCB? or it resets?

Parking saman, polis wrote wrong number plate

Recently I kena a parking saman, on the saman, the polis wrote down the wrong number plate, but they wrote down the correct road tax number.
I try to check the saman online and on sms, but can't find any record.

Transfer name for Water and Electricity at condo

I have a question on transferring the name for water and electricity from the previous owner to my name. I went to visit the management office and was told that I need to pay RM600 (excluding deposit) for management to do the transfer. Seems rather high to me.

Do most people do the transfer themselves or go through the condo management?

This is the first time I move to a condo, landed property seems more straight forward.

Importing supplements problem

Has anyone imported supplements for personal use before? I ordered some from iherb.com and seems its stuck in kastams for 1 week already. Wondering if anyone has experience in this and whether its normal that kastam take so long to clear it.

WTA: Refinance Home Loan - Redemption Fees?

This is my first time refinancing. I would like to find out from you all one thing.

I recently am refinancing my home loan with HSBC (previously Alliance Bank). I'm out of the lock-in period already (more than 5yrs). But Alliance bank is still charging me redemption fees + contingency fees (total 7k). I though the redemption fees/penalty is only applicable when I refinance or settle within the lockin period.

Guess my question is, can they charge me these fees? Because I didn't read anything about it in the loan agreement.
