Is it common for Drs to downplay women's health?

Back in 2018, after graduating from uni, I experience irregular menstruation. Instead of period coming once a month, it will come like twice or three times a months. Period is not just blood la, i got so much hormonal imbalance. I've become extremely moody, exhausted, fatigue. I had to quit my job because couldn't take it anymore. Throughout 2018, I went to two different doktor pakar wanita. Both of them heard my problem, both of them handwave said, "aiya it's just stress, hormone imbalance..it will go away one".
But the thing is...I just graduated from uni early 2018. Exam was my biggest stressor (late 2017), but once that was over, I enjoyed a few months of my life, so I don't have the stress, then late 2018, only this issue came.

Both the doctors did abdominal scan, said nothing wrong, write in case and I paid 100 ringgit in consultation and 100 ringgit for scan, both times each. The problem never sent away till 2019 I went to see another one doctor. She said the same thing as the other 2. Only this time, she gave me BCP. I decided not to take BCP because I experience side effects before. She gave me referral to government hospital to see pakar. I got an interview but it was next year (2020). Then 2020, pandemic happened so my appointment got postpones to middle of the year.

So I decided to go private. The doctor was the first doctor to take my issue seriously. Really ask me alot of question. Did all the test to rule out other possible causes. Then finally forked out some money, did MRI and found a hemorrhagic cyst at my fallopian tube. She said, BCP won't be effective cause it targets the endometrium lining mine is bleeding from fallopian tube. Now I finally figured out the cause and it won't go away on it's own!.

But this whole ordeal just make me frustrated. I don't expect to know more than doctor, but i know my body. I know something is wrong since I live it with for years. I just wanted doctor to understand from my pov and help me come up with treatment plan instead of zap zap zap "oh it's stress, here's bcp, hopefully it goes away on it's. now get out".

So far i'm been using argan oil conditioner and sukin sulphate free shampoo but so far the end results are the same? I don't see any difference then before i switch to silicon and sulphate free conditioner and shampoo. Am i doing something wrong here? I usually frequent curlyhair on reddit but most of the products they listed there are unvailable in msia. What kind of other hair product should i use to make my hair less frizzy and "healthy-looking"

got JPA (Medicine) but need advice

so i got JPA (local) at UKM but i am not very sure i wanna take it ( about 60% sure) i might be considering to take biomedical science or biochemistry.

do anyone have any advice for me? what are the prospect for biochemistry and biomedic in malaysia? i am afraid that if i take JPA i might regret. i wanna take cos this opportunity like this come only once.

another thing is, i registered for luar negara but i got dalam negara and there put there PLDN(1 tahun) what does this mean?

i really need ur oppinion guys and pls no bashing me up
