Motherboard or other problem?

Hi all sifus, my acer laptop about 2+ years is having overheat problem and constantly shutdown after 20minute of usages.
I doesnt have this issue until recent and I did not do any modification software or hardware wise.

Send to repair centre and those technician said is motherboard problem. They say the fan is still working fine.

As far as I know, motherboard cant cause overheat problem as this either cause by bad driver or the cooling system itself and replacing this mobo cost bout rm600.
So does this sound legit to you all?

What else could cause this problem?

Hi all sifus in LYN,

I am looking into building a new website with rewarding point system.
Ofcoz the website would need user to register as a member and some activity is ongoing in the web itself. (Eg. game)
My point system shall be fully automated and admin control-able (eg. webmaster can choose to double the point reward on certain day or give an extra reward for certain user because they done something good).

I have little knowledge in ASP.NET while my other partner have PHP.

Our knowledge on current tech is not as wide as sifus here, so.....
Could any sifus here can suggest me what tech or platform we shall consider? Does any cms/3rd party tools can do that?
