            <title>People who have air fryer, come in</title>

            <description>Does air fryer produce smoke when cooking?&lt;br /&gt;Recently moved into a small 1 bedroom condo with open concept kitchen.&lt;br /&gt;Every time I cook my chicken in oven, the whole house are full of smoke... &lt;br /&gt;The kitchen does have a hood but it doesnt direct the smoke out of the unit, just suck it up and disperse it back to the house, is this normal?&lt;br /&gt;It&amp;#39;s a rented house so I cannot do anything like install glass panel or whatever...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;A colleague of mine told me air fryer wont produce smoke but Im kinda doubtful, how true is it?&lt;br /&gt;Can it be the best solution for my current predicament?</description>

            <description>Yesterday I received a call from the number ***1626184 accusing me calling his GF number. &lt;br /&gt;Dude is hostile AF and keep asking me how long I&amp;#39;d been calling his GF so I just hung up and block his number.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Just now he called me with another number ***1603025, saying he is delivering pizza to my house but no one at home.&lt;br /&gt;Asked me what is my street number. When I said I live in a flat he start become hostile again but this time he is angry because of the pizza.&lt;br /&gt;Said he have to pay for that pizza cause I dont want it etc.&lt;br /&gt;I said I know he was the one who called me last night but he buat bodoh and just hung up.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Searched both number on truecaller and google but found nothing. &lt;br /&gt;I shared this story on reddit r/malaysia and got 1 person said his mom experienced the same but mod locked my thread cause out of topic before I can reply.&lt;br /&gt;Anyone experience too?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Edit: Ok its a prank call from a prank call app call Jokesphone</description>

(Francis Poh pic)&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;KLANG: While thousands of Malaysians continue to suffer due to the rough economic climate caused by the Covid-19 pandemic, it is inspiring to see many individuals stepping forward to help the less fortunate.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Klang’s very own Francis Poh is one example of yet another kind soul who is out there making a difference despite his own troubles.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Poh has found a way to simultaneously alleviate the financial burdens of street hawkers and the hungry, by ordering food from the former to feed the latter.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Once a performing artist and entrepreneur, Poh’s own struggles began last year, when the various movement control orders (MCO) all but halted the entertainment industry.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;“I know some of my fellow performers and entertainers made close to nothing last year,” he lamented, revealing that he lost 95% of his projected business revenue in 2020.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;a href='https://pictr.com/image/BZI7kU' target='_blank'&gt;&lt;img src='https://pictr.com/images/2021/07/10/BZI7kU.md.jpg' border='0' alt='user posted image' /&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;i&gt;Small-time hawkers such as this nasi kukus seller are finding it hard to make ends meet during the MCO. (Francis Poh pic)&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Despite his best efforts, Poh was forced to shut down his dance studio as it failed to generate any income, even though there were brief moments of relief in between the various MCOs.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;So, what inspired him to head out and help his local community? As it turns out, Poh has always had a passion for life-giving endeavours.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;“For the past eight to nine years, I have been involved in rescuing animals such as dogs, cats and even reptiles,” he said, explaining how he sometimes releases captured snakes into the wild.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;However, 2020’s financial hardships led to Poh being medically diagnosed with depression, something he has learnt to successfully cope with since.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;“On June 27, when MCO 3.0 was announced, I knew I was going to be overwhelmed by another anxiety attack. This time however, I decided to shift my focus and energy towards helping others around me.”&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;a href='https://pictr.com/image/BZIEa9' target='_blank'&gt;&lt;img src='https://pictr.com/images/2021/07/10/BZIEa9.md.jpg' border='0' alt='user posted image' /&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;i&gt;Poh buys more than 100 packets of food from each stall and then distributes them to the hungry. (Francis Poh pic)&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;His renewed positive outlook was further bolstered by many of his friends who decided to contribute a total of RM20,000 to his charitable initiative.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;This unwavering support he has received has “brought him back to life” he said, and he remains hopeful that he can do more to help others.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;“As an entrepreneur, I can relate to the struggles of business owners during this period, especially these small-time hawkers. So, I want to help them stay afloat and prevent them from experiencing suicidal thoughts and anxiety attacks as well,” he said.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;“Even if it’s just a one-off contribution, I know it makes all the difference in their lives.”&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Poh’s charitable endeavour is simple – he identifies struggling hawkers and restaurants in his neighbourhood, and places bulk orders with them, which are then redistributed to the less fortunate.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;These small-scale food hawkers include roadside burger stands, mamak restaurants and kopitiams.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;a href='https://pictr.com/image/BZIx8u' target='_blank'&gt;&lt;img src='https://pictr.com/images/2021/07/10/BZIx8u.md.jpg' border='0' alt='user posted image' /&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;i&gt;He largely focuses on stalls and restaurants that are struggling to make any kind of income. (Francis Poh pic)&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;“As I know most of them on a personal level, I also know that their business has dropped by at least 50%,” explained Poh, while noting that many of these businesses still foot their full rental costs.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Despite the challenges, Poh’s efforts have reinstated many smiles, like in one instance, where a nasi lemak seller was so grateful to him for purchasing her entire stock of food, to be given to the poor.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;According to him, he has helped about five stall owners and fed about 500 to 600 hungry folks so far.             <description>I commute by KTM to work every days and I will always get a seat because I wait for the train right in front where the door will open. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I usually sit in the corner and put my bag beside me to keep a distant between me and another passenger. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Been doing this since RMCO but just now someone just came and attempt to just sit on my bag but I managed to pull away my bag in time.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I took a quick glance at him and he look like an old uncle so I just stood up and stand instead. But upon closer look, he&amp;#39;s just a guy in his late 40 but definitely healthy enough to stand. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The train was jam packed and I wasn&amp;#39;t aware because I was in my own world blasting music and chatting with friends on whatsapp but I realized everyone else just let people sit beside them like usual. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I feel like a douchebag now but I was just trying to protect myself and potentially others. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Do you still practice social distancing? Or just YOLO and let people stay close to you?</description>

I never get fat no matter how much I eat, only weighing about 25kg until form 2 where I got taller and gained about 20 more kilo. &lt;br /&gt;I was active in sports in my early highschool, enrolling myself in Taekwondo, boy scout and badminton but I quitted all of it in form 3 to concentrate on my study (Though it&amp;#39;s actually just an excuse to be lazy at home). &lt;br /&gt;My weight started to gained significantly when I started working, my belly are swollen although I am not an alcoholic. &lt;br /&gt;I started weight lifting with no research at all 4years ago but didn&amp;#39;t last long because I have to undergo surgery. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Fast forward 2016, hitting the gym and achieve a better looking physique had been in my new year&amp;#39;s resolution for as long as I can remember. &lt;br /&gt;In October 2016 I decided to achieve this goal in 2017 so I started to do a lot of research in diet as well as weight lifting. &lt;br /&gt;I started out by building up discipline to make sure I have the right mindset and determination to get things done instead of procrastinating like I always do. &lt;br /&gt;I cooked my own meals every weekend and started to familiarize myself in counting calories. &lt;br /&gt;I did that until January 2017 because I was still afraid to go to the gym alone because I&amp;#39;m an introvert and will feel uncomfortable in a place I&amp;#39;m not familiar with. &lt;br /&gt;I called my friends and went to the gym with them and never look back. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Nowadays I&amp;#39;m going to the gym alone most of the time. &lt;br /&gt;I&amp;#39;m following stronglift 5x5 and started lifting with the recommendation starting weight (Which is mostly empty bar) and filmed myself as I&amp;#39;m doing it to make sure I get each of the exercises form correctly before starting to add weight as recommended by the program. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;So here am I today, third week into SL 5x5 and decided to record down my journal.</description>

            <title>Quit job and become property negotiator?</title>

            <description>I recently attended a sharing session by a property agency. Actually I&amp;#39;d always been interested in property career but I would like to research thoroughly before giving up my day job for this (It&amp;#39;s a huge step for me) but something doest seems right about this agency. Why are property agencies so eager to find new recruit to the point of tricking people into attending their talk? Yes, I was tricked to attend it by a friend, although I&amp;#39;m interested in it anw.... They also said that once joined for some period of time, they will help us to &amp;quot;purchase&amp;quot; a house but we do not need to fork out any monies for the down payment, just need to pay the installment (Not sure about the other legal fees, I didn&amp;#39;t really concentrate when he talked about it). The deal is that when they told us to sell the property then we have to abide, we will however earn a few percentage of the profit gained from the sell. This sounded too good to be true and seems very dubious for me, can anyone tell me if this is a norm? Also, from what I&amp;#39;d researched, working as a negotiator will only earn from commission but this agency offered another alternative which pay a small amount of basic salary every month in exchange of smaller commission from sales. Would be glad if anyone from the property career could shed some lights and share their experience. Have a nice day</description>
