Save on fixed deposit or serve housing loan int?

Dear all,

Need to check on the below.

Bought a property for 450k and still under construction with no DIBS, should I dump the money in to minimise the loan interest amount or save it to fixed deposit? Up to date, total amount released is 70k+ with 4.2% pa and in my account I have only 40k. I am thinking if I should take out 20k to put into fixed deposit. Which is a better option?

Appreciate advice on this. Thanks.
