atm lost a month ago and someone using it

last 2 day on 26 march 2012 , i received a phone call from am bank and saying that they freeze my account already because unknown people bank in money to my ambank account. i was wondering who . but i told the bank manager i don't know. i didn't touch my atm for a month since the opening of the account . and i get to know someone is using for transaction purpose. then i check my atm card holder. my maybank and ambank card was stolen with my photostate ic . i worry now , and i not sure what the scam do with my transaction of the atm previously . i only realise after am bank called me up and i check it...only found out my atm was stolen and gone . how to check whether any police report is against me regarding this incident . i am innocent and was so careless in this matter because i barely use atm card that's why i never check after the 1st day of opening account .

i am so worry now... what should i do, i had already make a police report . but what if someone report police against me regarding the payment they made into my account and i didn't take it before .because there's a scam using my account

may i know if a company ask me to sign a agreement and ask me cannot talk bad about their company after i had agreed to change their product or else they will sue me . but i worry will they sue me without any evidence and create a story just to sue me and claim the money ? hope expert here can help me .

Currently I am a software developer with less than 1 year working experience.

I hope to upgrade myself with improve my knowledge through taking Microsoft Professional Cert exam

But I just found out that I could also take Master of Science in Business Informaton Technology which offer by KDU.
If i choose to take the master, my company would pay 50% of the total fee for me.

I am not sure which path i should take to continue for my career now : (
