amd catalyst update error!

recently i use amd catalyst 11.5 but after i update to 11.9 it turn out like this

4GB RAM
550W PSU CM extreme

please see which parts i need 2 upgrade in order for me to play game in high setting cuz right now i cannot play crysis2 in high set....
