VGA vs HDMI

im looking for gaming pc around RM 2000...and i wanna use i3 2100 for my new pc... as for mobo, many people suggested Intel DH61WW B3......but im not sure if it has got HDMI port....and does it really matter to have HDMI if the LCD resolution is already high??
