Dilemma on new job offer

Hi Guys,

Been working as an IT vendor for the past 5 years and just gotten an new offer. Am having a dilemma if I should take up the offer due to my joining date to FI will be after the cutoff date for bonus and increment next year in May and the current role increment and bonus will be in Jan. Should I go ahead with the offer?

My current package:
Company: SME
Basic Salary: RM8000
Fixed allowance: RM500
Rank: Consultant
Benefits: EPF 12%, Medical, Average increment 10%, Bonus average 3 Months

New offer:
Company: FI
Basic Salary: 10500
Fixed allowance: Nil
Rank: Manager
Benefits: EPF 16%, Medical, Insurance, Bonus (HR mention about 1-3 Months)

Guys,
I notice this thing in my car, whenever I on my fog light the headlamp will blow in a couple of days. For example, my fog lamp blow for a year plus so I didn't turn it on but when i fix it yesterday all is running fine but today suddenly the headlamp blow. Is there any solution to this? Will grounding cable fix this problem or adding vs?

Hello,
I would like to enquire wether do i need to pay for the full amount of the bill if TM already block my acc 5 months back after 2 months i didn't make payment. Which means now the bill is RM77 X 7 = RM539. So can i argue with TM as i didn't use their streamyx for 5 months but they still charge me. Thank you. Please Help Me
