Alarm system with Unifi installation

Dear All, do u experience the Unifi with alarm system? Normally, when the alarm system is triggered, it will call my mobile no (several times, until I pick up the call. )

My alarm system is now integrated with the Unifi phone line thru the phone jack. Unfortunately, the system is only able to call me once when it is triggered. If I failed to pick up the alarm system called first time, it will not able to generate call to me again.. Any clue on this?

I requested the technical guy to check but he claimed no problem on the alarm system setting. Any Clue? Do u think Alcatel BTU (the while box) may cause this?
