Commission Charge/Handling Charge

Firstly, hope I post at correct session.
I am not understand whether i should pay the Commission Charge/Handling Charge of loan procedure, since the bank officer didnt ask me to pay it. But i heard that when we appying fo loan, they wil need us to pay the Commission Charge/Handling Charge, around 1 hundred someting to 2 hundred.

my situation is like this,
I bought a car from perodua, the sales person asked me which bank i wanto apply loan,and the sales person find bank person fo me.
so, here is my question, who is person to pay the loan procedure Commission Charge/Handling Charge? is it me? if is me then why the bank officer didnt ask & take from me? or, this is pay by sales person from perodua since he is person find the bank fo me?
actually this is event at 2006, until now i didnt being ask to pay that Commission Charge/Handling Charge. worry they wil added into loan or add interest.

Hi everybody. the situation is like this.
my fren steamX always no line, sometime if got line, it can just about 10 minites/few minites then no line again, and waitinig sometime, it got line again.

i orili check d connection-- no problem, router ---- change others router oso same,
so wat d problem is???? steamX line problem? but i ask others user at same area but they doesnt hav dis problem. help!!!!!!!!!

How to differentiate for leaded & unleaded petrol?
some petrol station gor pump wiz color red & green color, is it green one is unleaded? and wat is 92, and 97? 97 is stand for unleaded petrol?
for shell, wiz one is unleade petrol? v- poser or v- petrol?

my streamyx hav bin upgraded to DL 1024kb, UL 512kb,
so, my setting in router hav to change or not? should i use PPPoA LLC?
before that my speed are DL 384kb, and it use PPPoE LLC connection.

so, my setting in router hav to change or not? should i use PPPoA LLC?
before that my speed are DL 384kb, and it use PPPoE LLC connection.
