Just needed a place to vent.

Today could mark the end of the relationship between me and my brother, possibly with my mother too.

I'm barely able to keep things together. I needed a place to vent. I'm sorry if I've wasted kb of your data.

I used to get a long well with my brother, we stayed together along with my mom in a small shop. As time went by, I graduated and started working. I've been dating my gf for many years. We all got along fine. Though my brother can be obnoxious at time. It's nothing big as it is who he is.

I finally got sick of renting rooms and moving around, so I decided to buy an apartment. I wasn't able to secure a loan myself as my income was not good enough. So me and my brother both Co owned the unit and got a loan.

My brother is rarely home as he's not working in Malaysia. When he comes back, it'd be a few weeks at best. It's all fine and dandy at first. But unfortunately, he lost his job and he decided to move back in. It's fine.

But 2 months went by, I started feeling the friction between us. I guess as we age, we behave differently. Especially when you stay with someone long enough. At this point, even my gf got stressed out as she felt like we no longer have our private space.

After a while, I spoke to my brother and agreed to sell the unit for some decent profit. Me and my gf decided to get a new place for ourselves as we decided to tie the knots.

A few months in and we happily got our keys to the new place. So we started moving our stuff. We decided to leave most of the things behind as we wanted a fresh look. So naturally we moved our belongings to the new house. After some discussions with my brother I decided to helped him with his things. I decided to move his things to my mom's as she has a vacant room.

I've always wanted a gaming /study room for myself so I decided to transform my medium room to one. So my new place only has a master bedroom, a tiny storeroom and a study / gaming room.

Since then he got a new job overseas and left the old place. Me and my gf settled in my new place for a few months.

While working overseas, my brother asked the whereabouts of his stuff. I told him that it's with my mom's and he's shocked. Questioning why I choose to turn the 2nd room to a gaming room. He wanted me to put his belongings to the second room. I told him that me and my gf wanted to move on and start our family there. He wasn't pleased.

After a while, my brother told me that he's getting his holidays. He'll be back for a couple months. So comes the day when he's back. He again asked where's his computer and his things, I had to remind him that it was in his room at my mom's place. He then started asking where he could sleep. I told him the couch if he wanted because it's a sofa bed.

The next day, he said that we should go to my mom's and get his computer back to my place. I told him that there's no space for it. It's actually true as i have all the empty spaces planned for needed furniture. There's no table as well. He started suggesting that I should replace my living room pc with his. I didn't agree or disagree but my expression should be clear that I didn't want any changes to my house.

We all headed to my mum's for dinner. Once we're done with eating, he started packing up his stuff out of his room. I asked if you're gonna move all these back and stay at my place for 2 months. He said yeah without any consideration for my opinion. I asked, what if my gf's brother is back from overseas and wanted to stay for a few days. He nonchalantly shrugs and said he don't know.

My mum started talking to me about all this and said that it's just 2 months, it's no big deal. I told her that we needed private space and that 2 months is very very long. Then she said something that deeply hurt me. She said that I don't need to worry as she won't planned on staying with us. My mum somehow dragged this problem with my brother to her. I told her that I don't have any issue with a couple of weeks but 2 months is very long. I reasoned that not all siblings live together all the time because everyone is different and arguments tend to happen. My brother still sorting out his stuff in his room but likely able to listen our conversation.

But my main problem is that my brother who is either very dense or choose not to give a shit about my feelings. I've made it very clear that I will not be happy with him moving back in with me. My mum made it quite clear that i am very selfish for not having a room for her in my new house. My plan was to have the medium room a guest room / gaming room. I will be getting another sofa bed in there. But I couldn't afford it yet. My mum felt differently, she felt like I don't want her staying a few days there at all. I tried telling her my problems are with my brother staying a few months at my place while there's a perfectly fine room with my mom's.

However, the damage is done. My mum thinks that I'm the selfish one for not willing to tolerate (her words) my bro.

Not able to compose myself...

Possible reasons for not much gains over 3 years

A lil background. I'm a 29 years old male. Started lifting seriously at around 3 years ago.

When I started I was really weak (still is but better now). I mean, I hurt my rotator cuff by benching an empty bar. My physique is ****. I have narrow shoulders and my wrist is tiny. I was definitely overweight, like 20%+ of bodyfat with very little LBM. Most of my fat is accumulated on my mid section.

I'm a person who will go near OCD when it comes to counting calories. I get around 300g carbs, 75g fat, 160g protein. Carbs from variety sources (brown rice, pasta, fruits, oats, muesli, veges). Fat from meat, fish oil, olive oil, milk. Protein from meat, whey, milk. I've tried multiple approaches when it comes to diet : -

1. Dreamer bulk, from 67kg > 77kg = ended badly, got very fat. BF increased to over 25%. I then cut down to around 15% before starting my next bulk attempt.

2. Slow bulk (around 250 calories surplus), from 65kg > 75kg = progress was slow but I did gain weight. My strength increased at a decent pace. I started cutting again when I can no longer stand the flab on my mid section. I cut all the way to 65kg and the result is devastating. I look identical to my previous state before slowbulking.

3. Another slow bulk = ongoing at the moment but as I checked on the mirror, it seems like my body is giving me the same response.

I've also tried multiple good programs. Fierce 5 3x5, Allpros and also P/P/L. I change program when things didn't work out during my bulking phase (so around.....6-7 months at least). All of them have good weight progression and deload phase. I bust my ass in the gym every session.

I have worked out some possible reasons for my lack of gains.

1. lack of sleep?
2. low test?
3. Possibly related to #2, terrible genetics??

While I haven't get a proper free testosterone test, but I did get a generic testosterone (which did not include free test result), the test pointed that I have average value. Though if I'm not wrong, free testosterone is the main factor.

Current Lifts : -
Deads - 135kg x 5, Squats - 90kg x 4, Bench - 67.5kg x 5
These lifts are recorded at BW 72kg

So what do you guys think could be the cause? Sorry for the wall of text.

Job conundrum

I'm currently working in a company that pays :-

basic : 3200
average shift allowance/month : 250

Pros

- comfortable working environment
- convenient location, less than 10km from home
- OT and public holiday double pay
- nice benefits (flexi 1000, mediviron panel clinic, insurance and claimable hospitalization cost)
- yearly increment (started recently, not sure how much and how long they'll continue doing this. Not stated in contract.)
- same workplace as my gf so we can go/leave together

Cons

- low pay (I'll say below market average), been here for over 6 years. Started from 2500 to 3200 now. So you get the idea.
- unstable working shifts (i can work morning shift for 3 days followed by night shift for the rest of the week)

Recently, I found a particular company that is interested in me, and these are what I know for now :-

basic : 4000

Pros

- significantly higher pay
- normal 8-5 business hours job
*to be fair, I don't know much about this company yet.*

Cons

- Distance, I need to drive from Kuchai lama to masjid jamek
- no shift allowance
- contract based (though they said can be renewed and could be converted to permanent staff)
- I need to fetch my gf then myself to work.

So guys, what do you guys think? Worth the jump?

opinions and tips?

Hey guys, I've been cutting since last year until around May 2014 (at 67 kg/147 lbs). After that I've started reverse dieting and transitioning in to a slow bulk until now. I've been adding 100 calories (carbs) when the weight gain stalls.

This is my progress so far.

67.7kg - 8 may - reverse diet begins - 1650 calories
66.9kg - 27 May - slow bulk begins - 2000 calories
70.8kg - 2 Oct - today, - 2550 calories

My macros is 2,550 calories, 287 carbs, 85 fat, 159 protein.

I took a series of pictures on April when I was still cutting (at around 70kg/154 lbs) and I compared it to the pics that I took on September (also at around 70kg/154 lbs), they both look somewhat similar and I'm quite disappointed that my body composition didn't change much despite on a bulk. The only difference that I saw are a bit on my shoulders and arms, maybe mid section.

Am I doing this correctly and how's my progress?

Lost receipt

Hi guys, recently(3-4months ago) I bought a Razer Keyboard from Czone. So now suddenly I found out that the receipt was gone and I know the receipt is for warranty claiming.

Please advise if I were to go to your shop together with the keyboard(box, drivers everything) and show you the serial number on the box. Would you guys be able to reprint another receipt?

I know you guys can track using the serial number on the box/package. So please tell me if this can be done, thanks.
