Can't Receive TM.net mail on Outlook 2007

I Can't Receive TM.net mail on Outlook 2007 ..But No Problem to Use that Account to Send Out going mail ..??
Already Check Address Book .. E-mail Address ..Correct !!
Outlook Setting .. Incoming mail server .. Correct !!
Rules and Alerts ..Correct !!

Mail send to ***@tm.net.my .. Why I get the Error message from infocenter@yahoo.com ???

It just Happen ..Since Few months ago ..Last time it working !!

Any one Facing this Problem before ??

Since Few months ago ..I start Facing some Colour Dot show up at my Screen .. I just need to Refresh screen ..then it will missing ..then it will coming back later ..But Today it come out with Full Screen of Dot .. and the Windows totally Hang ... Any one out there Facing this type of Problem Before ...Thanks !!

After Maybank Update their www.maybank2u.com website ... my KIS 2011 put a lot of RED DOT on that www.maybank2u.com ste say that site is a Dangerous web resource + Downloading object http://maybank2u.com.my, containing a dangerous URL !!!!
Anyone out there using KIS 2011 Facing this Problem ??

Sound Blaster Audigy 2 ZS in Windows 7 Ultimate

Creative Sound Blaster Audigy 2 ZS > Audio Converter - Can Convert to wave, mp3, wma on Windows XP (But I'm Not Sure is which Driver version I'm use..coz I already Delate)
But when Upgrade to Windows 7 Ultimate with Driver version SBAX_PCDRV_LB_2_18_0017.exe .. Audio Converter - Can't Convert to mp3 any more ..Only wave, wma only. It say I Need the > Creative MP3 Audio Pack to rip CDs (US $9.99 )
Any one using this Sound Card + Windows 7 ..Still have Convert mp3 Feature in Audio Converter ?? Thanks !!

Currently I'm using TWIN2X2048-6400C4DHX ver2.1 and I Just add another TWIN2X2048-6400C4DHX ver5.1. Just want to know that in two Difference ver 2.1 + 5.1 is Compatible to run in Dual channel memory architecture ??
I use CPU-Z to Check ... But I don't know How to Check .. What I can see is Difference for the Ver 2.1 + 5.1 ..Any one can HELP me ..and Please tell me what's the Difference ?? I'm using Gigabyte P35C-DS3R MB. Thanks
