S3 sent for repair through Digi

Hi Everyone,

I have sent my s3 through digi centre (the authorised dealer where I purchased my phone) to Samsung Service Centre on 24.10.12 for repair. The staff attended to me told me that the repair period with took around 1 month.

On 23.11.12, I returned to digi centre to check on the repair status. The digi staff told me that my phone was only collected by Samsung on 21.11.12. The digi staff asked me to call Samsuntg service centre to check for the repair status, using IMEI#. On that particular day, I made a call to Samsung service centre to check the status on my phone. Okay this time, the Samsung customer service requested me to supply them the service # in oder for them to trace the status. Samsung officer advised me to get the service # from digi. Subsequently, I made a call to digi to request for the service # and the digi staff told me they don't have such service tracking no and ask me to wait.

So I decided to wait, so after another 3 weeks , I made an attempt to ask about my phone at the digi centre. I told them that it has took me approximately 2 months to repair my phone. The irresponsible digi staff doesnot even check for me and told me to wait for their call, saying that when your phone is done, we will call you. You no need to come here and check with us. We will not lost your phone.

Anyone who has such experience on this matter and do you know which channel should I go to check on my phone repair status?

Hi just wanna check if anyone purchase from dealmates.com before?
I made my purchase one month ago and havent receive it. Many excuses given by them.
And from their facebook page, seems like there are alot of complains and many of the customers havent received their purchase?
Since it is a online purchase any channel that we can use to complain or demand for refund? Thanks
