PC problem

Hi, need some help regarding my pc problem.

my pc cannot boot at all. after on my pc, there is no sound of booting.

and the processor fan suddenly rpm is very high and quite loud.

what is the possible problem?

if hardisk, i try to connect to my 80gb empty old hardisk, the problem still persist.

if motherboard, i change already.

i wonder if the processor. the processor hardly faulty. i dunno after 1 year and a half, the processor is fault.

please help.

No sound from speaker

my speaker do not give any output when i slotted a graphic card in the pcie slot.
currently i'm using the onboard graphic. my mobo is biostar TA690G.
when i slotted a graphic card, ?HD2600XT into the pcie slot, the speaker wont give any output at all.
help me. thanx

forgot to tell that i'm using cambridge soundworks PS2000 speaker.
